Reggae/dancehall icon Sizzla Kalonji (Miguel Collins) was mobbed by adoring fans seeking photos and selfies backstage after delivering an exhilarating set to close the curtains on the third annual Redemption concert.
Held at the Hasely Crawford Stadium Training Grounds in Port of Spain on Saturday night, the event featured Grammy Award-winning group Morgan Heritage, alongside Jamaican stars Sanchez and Cocoa Tea and local acts Supreme, Empress Smooth, Ziggy Rankin and Multi Symptom.
Known for his extensive catalogue and militant stance against homosexuality, barbarism, tyranny and social ills, Sizzla repeatedly asked the audience about their views on those subjects during his performance.
